This is a scenario from my fave jmovie "Kagen no Tsuki" (the Last Quarter). The heroine is Mizuki a 17-year-old high school student. She was in a car accident and ended up in a coma. When she wakes up can't get out of the abandoned home.
She was called Eve later on. Eve was the identity of Mizuki when she was in coma. Eve had no recollections of who she was, but remembered that Adam was her lover, and that she must find him.
